Medico Del Cinghiale

Today is a 'free' day ... nothing booked to do.
This is a really good thing as I was up most of the night coughing and having trouble breathing.  my lungs burn everytime I take a breath ... going to be a rest day I think.
By the time I got up it was around 10am, and I went to make myself a coffee ...can't taste anything ... great :(
By noon I thought I needed to get it looked after as I didn't want a bout of Bronchitis on this trip.
The internet comes in handy for this kind of stuff.  Typing in 'medical clinic, Florence' resulted in 3 clinics, 2 within walking distance.  The one I chose was a British doctor who has specialized in treating travellers in Florence for over 15 years.  I phoned and made the appointment for 3:00pm.
Results were, I had a lung infection and he could hear some rattling.  He perscribed some antibiotics and prednisone for the next 7 days.  Got the perscriptions filled and picked up a sandwich for dinner.
Went back to the flat for the rest of the day.
Tomorrow would be a long one.
